You will be responsible for handling civil litigation cases from instruction through to completion, ensuring all matters are managed professionally, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters from instruction to conclusion
- Handling a range of disputes including:
- Contractual disputes
- Professional and general negligence
- Debt recovery actions
- Commercial disputes
- Building and construction disputes
- Misrepresentation claims
- Inheritance Act claims
- Contested probate matters
- Delivering high-quality legal advice and excellent client care
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to support team objectives
Skills & Experience
- Qualified Solicitor with up to 3 years’ post-qualification experience in Civil Litigation
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of contentious matters
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Commitment to high-quality work delivered with integrity
- Enthusiastic about personal development and contributing to team growth
