Client Manager – Accountancy Practice

Our client, a growing accountancy practice in Birmingham, is looking for an experienced Client Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people as much as managing client relationships.

The Role

• Manage a varied portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact
• Review accounts, tax returns, and compliance work
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior and senior staff
• Manage workflow and ensure deadlines are met
• Build strong client relationships and spot opportunities for growth

The Candidate

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with practice experience
• Strong people management skills and experience of leading teams
• Excellent communication, organisation, and client service skills
