Solicitor – Agricultural & Commercial Property
Location: Nantwich, Cheshire (Hybrid Working Available)
PQE: 3+ Years
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join a well-established law firm in a dual role across Agricultural and Commercial Property Law. This position offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues while developing expertise in two dynamic and growing practice areas.
The Role
You will manage a broad range of matters including:
- Agricultural tenancies, grazing agreements and succession planning
- Estate reviews, land acquisitions and disposals
- Option agreements, wayleaves, easements and infrastructure projects
- Green energy and development work
- Commercial property acquisitions, disposals and secured lending
- Landlord and tenant matters, including commercial leases
You will collaborate with colleagues across both departments and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE
- Experience or interest in agricultural and/or commercial property law
- Confident managing a varied caseload
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Commercially aware and proactive in your approach
- Organised and comfortable working with modern legal systems
