An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its well-established Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to take on a senior role handling high-quality landlord and tenant matters.

- Experience Level: Qualified Solicitor with 7–10 years’ PQE
- Salary: Competitive + Bonus

The Role
You will play a key role in advising a diverse client base and leading on a broad range of commercial property matters. The role involves working on complex transactions and providing strategic legal advice across landlord and tenant work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading on business tenancy agreements and renewals, including complex negotiations
- Handling a broad mix of landlord and tenant matters, including asset management and portfolio support
- Acting on acquisitions of commercial properties for residential conversion, including due diligence, title investigations, and planning considerations
- Managing lease negotiations, renewals, and ongoing client portfolio work
- Acting as a trusted advisor to commercial landlords, property companies, and occupiers
- Working closely with senior stakeholders on high-value and strategic matters
- Contributing to business development through networking, referrals, and maintaining client relationships
