Responsibilities and Requirements:
- 5+ years PQE
- Great technical and procedural knowledge
- Take a determined and proactive approach to litigation, working swiftly to secure the best possible outcomes for clients while consistently prioritizing their interests.
- Display a high level of diligence, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of legal work.
- Oversee and manage the work of junior team members by delegating tasks effectively and providing guidance.
- Assess legal risks and provide clients with clear, ongoing advice about the prospects and cost implications throughout the duration of their case.
- Actively participate in networking events to build professional relationships and expand opportunities.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining exceptional standards of client service and satisfaction.
- Exhibit strategic legal skills and strong commercial awareness in all legal matters.
- Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and clear, effective communication.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize a high volume of cases, ensuring timely and professional completion.
