Are you a skilled Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, solicitor-led firm with over 15 years of experience advising both UK and international clients across a wide range of property matters.
The Opportunity
You will become part of a highly regarded team handling complex and contentious commercial property disputes. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting on disputes relating to commercial property, leases, and landlord-tenant matters
- Managing litigation, dispute resolution, and enforcement processes
- Advising on disposals, acquisitions, lease renewals, and general management issues such as licences to assign, alter, or sublet
- Collaborating with other professional advisors to achieve clients’ commercial objectives
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with commercial property litigation experience
- Strong understanding of landlord and tenant law, leasehold disputes, and property-related litigation
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Able to manage a varied caseload independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Commercially minded with a client-focused approach
