An established and growing law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join its specialist property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer who is looking for a varied caseload, excellent quality of work and the opportunity to play an active role in the continued growth of a successful department.
The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running, bringing strong technical knowledge and previous experience managing a varied commercial property caseload.

The Role
You will be responsible for handling a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
- Commercial leases and lease renewals.
- Property-related contracts and documentation.
- Landlord and tenant matters.
- Commercial property transactions.
- Property disputes and associated matters.
- Managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Providing clear and commercially focused advice to clients.
- Working closely with colleagues and other professionals where required.
- Identifying opportunities for business development and client growth.
- Contributing to marketing and networking activity.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property professional with:
- At least 2 years' PQE or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong previous experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
- Excellent technical and legal knowledge.
- The ability to manage a caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong client-care and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A commercial and proactive approach to your work.
- An interest in business development and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Good organisational and risk-management skills.
- Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
You will ideally be someone who is confident working independently, commercially minded and keen to contribute to the wider success of the department.
