Responsibilities
- M&A & Corporate Transactions: Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and business sales, can handle masters through out from engagement stage to
- Completion.Commercial Contracts & NDAs: Drafting and negotiating business agreements and confidentiality agreements
- Shareholder Agreements, AoA: partnership agreement, investments, and shareholder arrangements.
The ideal candidate will:
- 2-5 years PQE
- Extensive knowledge with corporate and commercial matters
- Manage own caseload
- Possess excellent written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
