Construction Solicitor – Highly Regarded Firm | Manchester (Competitive salary)
Are you ready to take the next step in your construction law career? This is an exciting opportunity for a talented solicitor to join a market-leading team in Manchester, working on some of the most high-profile and complex projects across the UK and beyond.
What You’ll Do As the first line of support for our partners, you’ll bring your experience and expertise to a team known for its quality and impact. You’ll be advising clients across a range of sectors including living, office, retail, life sciences, energy, industrials, and transport. Your work will span:
- Consultant appointments, warranties, and construction/development contracts.
- Advising government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, employers, operators, constructors, and sub-contractors.
- Supporting projects through procurement, including facilities management.
- Advising professional teams on dispute avoidance and resolution mechanisms.
- Taking the lead on matters, developing your own client relationships, and, as the team grows, supporting with line management responsibilities.
Who We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor (5+ Years PQE guideline, though all levels considered).
- Proven experience advising on high-quality construction projects and related legal matters.
- Strong understanding of both contentious and non-contentious construction law.
- Client-focused, commercially astute, and eager to grow within a supportive, high-performing team.
