Consultant Solicitor - Fee-Share Basis
Location: Remote with access to Central London offices
Salary: £50,000 – £150,000 (Fee-Share Structure)
Contract Type: Self-Employed / Freelance
The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Consultant Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a progressive and supportive practice on a fee-share basis. This position is ideal for a motivated lawyer with an established client following who is seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the resources of a well-established legal services platform.
You will enjoy the freedom to manage your own caseload while benefiting from extensive back-office, compliance, and administrative support. With no billing targets and the flexibility to work from home, this role is designed to empower you to focus on delivering exceptional service to your clients and growing your practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice in your chosen area of practice
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Draft, review, and manage a wide range of legal documents
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation
- Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and case management via digital systems
- Keep up to date with changes in legislation and best practice within your field

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3+ PQE in your area of practice
- Proven client following (essential)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your caseload remotely
- Clean professional history (no SRA complaints or PII claims)
