Solicitor - Conveyancing – Join a Forward-Thinking, Flexible Law Firm (Hybrid Role)
Location: London W2 (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking for a fresh opportunity with a progressive firm that values flexibility, autonomy, and personal growth? We are currently recruiting for a confident and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join a growing team in central London.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Conveyancer:
- Managing the end-to-end conveyancing process for both residential and commercial property transactions
- Conducting property searches, reviewing legal documents, and identifying potential issues
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, transfer deeds, mortgage agreements, and other documentation
- Communicating clearly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure a seamless transaction
- Handling financial elements of transactions, including deposits and completion funds
- Keeping accurate case records and ensuring full compliance with property law and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 4 years PQE
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple active cases
- Proficiency with conveyancing software and Microsoft Office
- A proactive and personable attitude with strong communication skills
