A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Property team based in Bury.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering an exceptional level of client service while building long-term relationships with clients and introducers.
Responsibilities
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, and related property matters
- Providing clear legal advice and regular updates to clients
- Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and third parties
- Drafting legal documentation and preparing reports on title
- Ensuring compliance with AML, CQS, SRA, and regulatory requirements
- Using case management systems to progress matters efficiently
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate
- Participating in networking and business development activities
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Experience using legal case management systems
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
- Full UK driving licence desirable
