A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join its growing Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a property lawyer looking to manage a varied caseload while working within a supportive and collaborative environment that offers genuine career progression and ongoing professional development.
The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, providing a high standard of client care and developing strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals.
Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of residential sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers, and other property transactions
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documentation, and leasehold documentation
- Carrying out title investigations and reviewing property searches
- Providing clear, practical legal advice throughout the transaction
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate
- Delivering an exceptional level of client care throughout every transaction
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Experience using legal case management systems
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a busy team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
