Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer
Location: South Manchester
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience up to £90,000

You will be encouraged to build strong relationships with clients, providing clear, practical advice and maintaining excellent communication throughout each transaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Conduct detailed title investigations and resolve complex legal issues.
- Draft and review contracts, reports and other legal documentation.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, brokers, estate agents and third parties.
- Provide commercially sensible and pragmatic legal advice.
- Maintain high standards of client care and compliance.
- Manage workload effectively and meet relevant deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
- Support and mentor junior members of the team where appropriate.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- 5+ years' PQE or equivalent experience.
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Strong technical residential conveyancing experience.
- Confidence dealing with complex title issues and unregistered land.
- Experience with specialist lending, leasehold and complex transactions.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage a caseload independently.
- A proactive, commercial and solutions-focused approach.
- Proclaim experience is desirable but not essential.
- Previous supervision or technical support experience would be advantageous.
