Location: Altrincham, Greater Manchester
Salary: From £40,000, depending on experience

The Opportunity
A law firm in Altrincham is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join its property team. This is an opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional to manage their own caseload, work closely with clients and play an important role within the department.
The firm is investing in its systems and working practices, with opportunities for the successful candidate to take on additional responsibilities and progress as the business grows.
Applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors, qualified Conveyancers and experienced conveyancing professionals who are not yet qualified.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Handling all aspects of residential property transactions.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
- Reviewing contracts, searches and property documentation.
- Providing clear advice and maintaining excellent client care throughout transactions.
- Ensuring matters progress efficiently and deadlines are met.
- Managing your workload independently while working effectively with colleagues.
Requirements
- At least two years' experience in residential conveyancing.
- Experience managing your own caseload.
- Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A professional, client-focused approach.
