A well-established and growing legal practice is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy residential property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer who is comfortable managing their own caseload and is looking to join a supportive, professional environment where quality of work and client service are valued.
Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Fee Earner is essential, ideally with around 2–4 years' PQE or equivalent experience. You will need to be able to manage a caseload with a good degree of autonomy and be confident working in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential conveyancing files, dealing with matters from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision.
- Handling sales and purchases from initial instruction through to completion.
- Dealing with post-completion requirements, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry registrations.
- Managing a range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and probate-related sales.
- Providing a high standard of client care and maintaining effective communication throughout transactions.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements, procedures and conveyancing protocols.
- Identifying and managing risks relating to money laundering, mortgage fraud and cybercrime.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and providing support where required.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date file records and ensuring deadlines are met.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has solid previous experience as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
- Can confidently manage a caseload from instruction through to completion
- Has experience working within a busy, target-driven or fast-paced conveyancing environment
- Has a good understanding of current conveyancing procedures and regulatory requirements
- Is organised, commercially aware and able to prioritise effectively
- Has excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Can work independently while also being a positive team player
- Is committed to delivering a high level of client service
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be advantageous due to the location of the role.
