The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential conveyancing files, dealing with matters from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision.
  • Handling sales and purchases from initial instruction through to completion.
  • Dealing with post-completion requirements, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry registrations.
  • Managing a range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and probate-related sales.
  • Providing a high standard of client care and maintaining effective communication throughout transactions.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements, procedures and conveyancing protocols.
  • Identifying and managing risks relating to money laundering, mortgage fraud and cybercrime.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and providing support where required.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date file records and ensuring deadlines are met.
