We are seeking a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to work closely with a solicitor on a shared caseload of 70–80 files. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a wide range of responsibilities and exceptional opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Conveyancing Paralegal:
- Supporting a solicitor with a busy residential caseload
- Drafting contract packs, managing post-completion from start to finish, and handling redemption statements
- Playing an integral role in the conveyancing process with room to take on more responsibility as you grow
