Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer
Location: Nantwich
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy property department in Nantwich.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified property lawyer with 5+ years' PQE/qualified experience who is looking to join a supportive team, manage a quality caseload, and play a key role in the continued growth of the department.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of property transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Managing remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
- Reviewing title documentation and raising enquiries
- Reporting to clients and lenders
- Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and third parties
- Ensuring compliance with lender requirements and regulatory obligations
- Maintaining excellent client communication throughout transactions
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with referrers and clients
About You
Essential
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- Minimum 5 years' PQE/qualified conveyancing experience
- Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem solving
Desirable
- Experience handling complex residential transactions
- Experience using case management systems
- Ability to support and mentor junior team members
