Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 DOE

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join a well-established and growing law firm in Liverpool.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to become part of a supportive and collaborative Conveyancing team, managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion.
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build properties and shared ownership transactions.
- Provide clear, practical and timely advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers, solicitors and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
- Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and supporting legal documentation.
- Maintain excellent file management, compliance and regulatory standards.
- Resolve legal issues efficiently while managing client expectations.
- Work collaboratively with legal assistants and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the client experience.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) or an individual actively working towards qualification.
- Previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused.
- A collaborative team player with a positive and professional approach.
