Conveyancing Solicitor – Leeds
Location: Leeds (Hybrid Working Options Available)
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 DOE + Bonus & Benefits
Puro Associates are delighted to be working with a highly regarded, forward-thinking law firm in Leeds, currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and client-focused solicitor to handle a quality caseload of residential conveyancing matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. You’ll be joining a friendly and efficient team with strong admin and paralegal support, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent service to clients.
The Role of Conveyancing Solicitor:
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including:
- Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
- New build properties
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure a smooth process
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Able to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering a high standard of work
