What you’ll be doing as a Conveyancer:
- Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Drafting contracts, preparing transfer documents, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to ensure a smooth process
- Conducting searches, reviewing title documents, and identifying potential issues
- Providing clear, professional advice to clients at every stage of the transaction
