Conveyancing Solicitor (5+ Years PQE) - Progression to Head of Conveyancing
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Exceptional Bonus Scheme
Location: Palmers Green | Full-time office-based initially (Hybrid option once department is established)

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and develop a new conveyancing function within the firm.
- Manage a personal caseload of residential conveyancing matters with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage junior team members as the department grows.
- Introduce and maintain effective processes, compliance measures, and best practices.
- Play a pivotal role in driving the department’s long-term success and reputation.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in conveyancing.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law.
- Demonstrated management or supervisory experience with the confidence to lead.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to grow client relationships and deliver results.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
