Puro Associates are delighted to be supporting a top tier, award winning leading law firm in their search for an experienced Corporate Solicitor (Associate or Senior Associate) to join a dynamic team specialising in commercial work within the healthcare sector. You’ll work on a range of high-profile projects for both public and private clients, including joint ventures, outsourcing, and health-sector integrations.

Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Solicitor:
- Advise clients on complex commercial and contractual matters, including partnerships, governance, and regulatory issues.
- Collaborate on healthcare projects, from service models to hospital development and digital health.
- Mentor junior lawyers and participate in business development.
- Build client relationships and contribute to pro-bono and responsible business activities.
What We’re Looking for:
- Qualified Corporate Solicitor
- Experience advising healthcare or social care clients.
- Strong technical skills with a practical approach to legal challenges.
- Experienced with, or keen interest to be involved in supervising junior lawyers
- Driving business development.
- Proactive, flexible, and client-focused mindset
