A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join its expanding team based in Altrincham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to work on a broad range of high-quality corporate matters within a supportive and commercially focused environment.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of corporate transactions and advisory matters, working with a diverse client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a range of corporate transactions
• Handling mergers and acquisitions
• Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and commercial contracts
• Assisting with company restructures and corporate governance matters
• Supporting business sales, acquisitions, and investments
• Conducting due diligence exercises
• Liaising with clients, accountants, and third parties
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development and networking initiatives

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in corporate law
• Strong technical and commercial awareness
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage transactions independently
• Strong communication and client-care abilities
• Organised, proactive, and commercially minded approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
