We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Credit Hire Fee Earner to join our client’s dynamic team in Liverpool. If you have experience in credit hire claims and are looking to progress your career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of credit hire claims from inception through to settlement.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth claim progression.
- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate case management, ensuring all deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
- Keep clients informed of the status of their claims, providing excellent customer service throughout.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in credit hire claims.
- Strong knowledge of credit hire procedures and the relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle a busy caseload efficiently and meet targets.
- Experience with case management systems.
