A well-established firm is looking for a Credit Hire Litigator to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals dedicated to delivering excellent service and achieving top results for clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a mix of admitted liability and disputed cases
• Ensure adherence to court directions, internal protocols, and supervisor guidance
• Keep cases moving efficiently with regular updates to the credit hire company
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the hire company
• Collaborate effectively with the current team
• Oversee cases from start to trial, aiming for the best possible outcomes
• Utilize case management and diary systems proficiently
• Negotiate and settle cases in a timely manner

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous credit hire experience is essential
• Competent in managing a full caseload of RTA claims at various stages
• Strong understanding of the personal injury process, including costs and case law
• Experience with Proclaim is a plus but not required
• Familiar with MOJ protocol, personal injury pre-action protocol, and CPR
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-pressure workload
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to outstanding client care
• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
