As part of their continued growth and commitment to delivering exceptional service, they are now looking for a qualified Duty Solicitor to join their esteemed team.
Requirements:
- A current practicing certificate for either the SRA or CILEX
- A solid, established client base
- The ability to independently manage your caseload and work autonomously
- Experience in marketing and business development to build and expand your caseload
- Strong advocacy skills with a willingness and capability to conduct your own advocacy
- Technical expertise and procedural competence
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and achieve financial targets
- Excellent client care skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards in this area
- The capacity to establish and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and third parties
- Upholding professionalism and integrity at all times
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team as needed
- Proficient in PC applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
