Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters to individuals and businesses.
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunals and other relevant forums.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, settlement agreements, and workplace policies.
• Handle cases involving workplace disputes, discrimination, redundancy and whistleblowing.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 3 years of PQE in employment law.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and tribunal procedures.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.
