An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join a well-established and growing firm based in Camden. This role is ideal for a confident paralegal who can support fee earners effectively while handling aspects of files with a high degree of autonomy.
The Role
You will support the Residential Property team on a varied caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
You will assist from instruction through to completion, liaising with clients, agents and third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly. Depending on experience, there may be scope to manage your own smaller caseload under supervision.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion
- Confident drafting documents and handling client enquiries
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Experience using case management systems
