An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its growing Family department.

The Role
You will manage a broad range of privately funded family matters, providing high-quality legal advice and exceptional client care throughout.
Your caseload will include:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Private children matters
- Cohabitation disputes and agreements
- TOLATA claims
- Non-molestation and occupation orders
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- General private family law matters
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied family law caseload from instruction through to conclusion
- Delivering practical, sensitive, and commercially focused legal advice
- Building strong and lasting client relationships
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
- Maintaining excellent client care and communication throughout each matter
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the department
- Meeting billing and performance objectives
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in private family law
- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of family matters
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A team player with a proactive and professional approach
