An award-winning specialist family law practice is seeking an ambitious Family Solicitor (2–5 years' PQE) to join its expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced Family Partner on a broad range of high-quality private family matters while playing an active role in the continued growth of a specialist department. The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, with a particular focus on financial remedy work, while assisting on more complex cases and developing specialist expertise.
Your caseload will include:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- High-value financial disputes
- Cohabitation and unmarried couples matters
- Private children disputes
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- General private family law matters
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion
- Assisting senior lawyers on complex financial matters
- Delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting the continued growth of a specialist family law team
- Contributing to business development, networking, and profile-raising activities
- Delivering exceptional levels of client care
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years' PQE in private family law
- Strong experience in divorce and financial remedy matters
- Experience handling private children work would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Commercially aware with an interest in business development
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ambitious and eager to develop within a specialist practice
