The OpportunityWe’re delighted to be working with a well-established, Legal 500 recognised firm known for its exceptional reputation in family law. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and committed Family Solicitor to join their busy Basingstoke office.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload covering all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial matters, and private children cases.
- Provide clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients, often during difficult times.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, upholding the firm’s reputation for high-quality service.
- Play an active part in the development of the team and wider office, including mentoring junior colleagues, business development, and strategic input at senior levels.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with experience or strong training in family law.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to client care.
- A proactive, collaborative approach, with the confidence to take ownership of your work.
- Ambitious and motivated to grow within a supportive, high-performing team.
