Level: Paralegal (1–2 years’ experience), NQ up to Partner

The OpportunityI am working with a well-established, Legal 500 recognised firm that continues to set the standard in family law. With a strong reputation for delivering outstanding client service, this practice is looking to add a talented Family Solicitor - or an experienced Paralegal - to its Beaconsfield office as they continue to expand.
Whether you’re newly qualified and eager to grow under excellent mentorship, an experienced solicitor ready for a senior leadership role, or a Paralegal with solid experience in family law looking to take the next step, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, ambitious team.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage or assist with a varied caseload across all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial matters, and private children issues.
- Deliver clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients, often during challenging times.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to uphold the firm’s outstanding reputation.
- Contribute to the ongoing success of the team — whether through mentoring, business development, or strategic leadership at Partner level.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or Paralegal with a minimum of 1–2 years’ experience working within a family law firm.
- Confident, clear communicator with excellent client care skills.
- Professional, personable, and proactive, with a collaborative approach to working in a close-knit team.
- Ambitious, driven and ready to grow your career within a supportive Legal 500 practice.
