The OpportunityI am working with a well-established, Legal 500 recognised firm with a strong reputation in family law. Their Marlow office is expanding and looking to welcome a motivated Family Solicitor — or an experienced Paralegal looking to progress — to join their collaborative team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals at various stages of their career: whether you are an experienced Paralegal ready to qualify, a newly qualified solicitor, or a senior lawyer seeking a leadership role, you will find excellent support, training, and progression opportunities within this firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage or assist on a broad range of family law matters including divorce, financial remedies, private children disputes, and cohabitation issues.
- Provide practical and empathetic advice tailored to client needs.
- Build strong client relationships while supporting the firm’s reputation for outstanding client care.
- Senior candidates will have the chance to contribute to business development, mentoring, and departmental leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Paralegals with 1–2 years’ family law experience, newly qualified solicitors, and experienced solicitors with a proven track record in family law.
- Clear, confident communicators who deliver exceptional client service.
- A proactive, personable approach and commitment to teamwork.
