An excellent opportunity has arisen with a well-regarded Legal 500 firm based in Newbury, seeking a Family Solicitor to join their expanding team. This position is open to candidates at all stages of their career-from newly qualified solicitors through to seasoned partners—offering a dynamic environment that supports both professional and personal development.

Key Duties
- Handle a varied caseload of family law matters including financial disputes, children’s issues, divorce proceedings, and cohabitation claims.
- Provide clear, empathetic advice tailored to the needs of each client.
- Develop strong client relationships, helping to uphold the firm’s reputation for excellent service.
- For experienced candidates, there will be scope to take on mentoring roles and contribute to business development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with experience in family law; NQs through to senior practitioners are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a caseload independently (appropriate to experience).
- Ambitious and eager to develop within a supportive, Legal 500 firm.
