Head of Commercial Property – Nantwich
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Benefits + Bonuses
Location: Nantwich (Hybrid / Flexible Working Available)

Puro Associates are working in partnership with a leading regional law firm to recruit an experienced Head of Commercial Property to lead and develop their thriving real estate department.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially astute solicitor who thrives on client engagement, team development, and the management of complex property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Commercial Property department, overseeing a team of solicitors, fee earners, and support staff
- Drive business development, nurturing existing client relationships and attracting new commercial clients
- Oversee and advise on a wide range of property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Development site purchases and commercial refinancing
- Landlord and tenant work (retail, office, and industrial)
- Commercial leases, options, and overage agreements
- Manage performance, profitability, and workflow across the department
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (SRA, Lexcel, etc.)
- Work closely with the Partners to shape departmental strategy and support firm-wide growth plans
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 8+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property law
- Proven experience in leading or mentoring a team
- Strong technical expertise across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder with a commercial mindset
- Ambitious, collaborative, and passionate about business growth
