Key Responsibilities:

• Human Rights Appeals, Deportation Applications, Asylum Claims
• Personal Immigration
• Corporate Immigration
• Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration law and regulations
• Provide clear and compassionate guidance to clients
• Draft legal documents, prepare case files, and represent clients in tribunals and courts where necessary.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor status in the UK.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience practicing immigration law.
• Strong knowledge of UK immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines under pressure.
