Key Responsibilities
- Managing a variety of immigration cases, including visa applications, asylum claims, family reunification, appeals, and sponsor license applications.
- Providing bespoke legal advice to individuals, families, and corporate clients on all aspects of UK immigration law.
- Preparing and submitting high-quality applications, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Representing clients at immigration tribunals and other relevant forums in appeals and judicial reviews.
- Monitoring developments in immigration law to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
- Assisting corporate clients with sponsor license applications, visa compliance, and other related obligations.
About you
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of PQE in Immigration Law.
- Extensive knowledge of UK immigration laws
- Proficiency in case management systems or legal software is desirable.
