Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ – 5 Years PQE)
Location: Nantwich
Salary: Competitive (DOE)

The Role 

• General civil and commercial litigation
• Contractual disputes
• Property litigation
• Debt recovery
• Landlord and tenant disputes

You will handle matters from instruction through to resolution, including settlement negotiations and court proceedings where required.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 5 years PQE)
• Experience or strong interest in litigation / dispute resolution
• Confident managing a caseload or keen to take on responsibility
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client care abilities
• Organised, proactive and able to meet deadlines
