Litigation Solicitor
Salary: £55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a varied caseload of litigation matters, including:Insolvency disputes, Property litigation, Debt recovery, Breach of contract claims
- Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Manage all aspects of litigation processes, including drafting legal documents, liaising with clients, and attending court when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate in England and Wales.
- Proven experience in litigation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload
