Are you a confident Litigation Solicitor ready to take your career to the next level? This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented and driven professional to join a forward-thinking legal practice offering complex, high-value work across a range of contentious matters.
We are actively seeking a Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of three years’ PQE to join a highly respected and collaborative legal team. You’ll be part of a firm that values professional growth, autonomy, and client-first service.
As a Litigation Solicitor, you will handle a broad and stimulating caseload that includes civil disputes, contractual conflicts, and property litigation. From early case assessment to pre-trial strategy and courtroom advocacy, you will play a key role in shaping outcomes for a diverse client base.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking ownership of a varied litigation caseload, including civil, commercial, and property disputes
- Managing all stages of the litigation process from instruction to resolution
- Drafting high-quality legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements
- Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
- Engaging in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) where appropriate
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering tailored legal advice
- Collaborating with colleagues on complex disputes and contributing to team success
- Keeping up to date with developments in litigation law and procedure
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in civil and commercial litigation
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for dispute resolution and delivering results for clients
