Litigation Solicitor (3+ Years' PQE)

The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) to join a well-established and growing law firm. Due to continued expansion, the firm is looking to strengthen its Litigation Department with the long-term aim of developing the team further.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to resolution, providing practical, commercial advice to clients across a broad range of litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters.
• Advising clients on commercial disputes, debt recovery, employment disputes and property litigation.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, correspondence and other legal documentation.
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (England & Wales).
• A minimum of 3 years' PQE in civil/commercial litigation.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil litigation procedures.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded.
• Able to manage a busy caseload independently while working effectively within a team.
