About the Role
An established and growing law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Paralegal to join its busy Residential Conveyancing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous residential conveyancing experience who is looking to further develop their legal career within a supportive and collaborative environment. You'll work closely with experienced fee earners, assisting on a varied caseload while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Prepare, draft and amend legal documents and correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate electronic case files.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties.
- Conduct legal research and property searches where required.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales.
- Provide excellent client care throughout the transaction.
- Support the wider Residential Property team with administrative and legal tasks.
About You
- Previous experience within a Residential Conveyancing team is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about developing a long-term career within residential property law.
