Job Title: Part-Qualified Accountant (Accounts&Audit)
Location: Dublin 6
Salary: €35,000 - €42,000
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented part-qualified accountant with experience in preparing accounts and audits? We are currently looking for an Accounts & Audit Part-Qualified Accountant to join a well-established accountancy practice in Dublin 6.
Key Responsibilities for the part qualified accountant:
- Prepare financial statements for clients, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with accounting standards, up to the review stage.
- Assist in the preparation of audit files, including working paper documentation and supporting schedules.
- Liaise with clients to gather relevant financial information and respond to queries.
- Support senior team members with the audit process, ensuring timelines are met.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the timely delivery of client services.
- Assist with tax compliance and other ad-hoc accounting tasks as required.
Requirements of the successful part qualified accountant:
- Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
- Strong experience in preparing accounts up to review stage.
- Previous experience in audit preparation and execution.
- Knowledge of Irish accounting and auditing standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong work ethic with attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
