We are delighted to be working with a well-established and reputable accounting firm based in Blackburn, providing a wide range of services including tax advisory, audit, financial planning, and business consultancy.
As they continue to grow, they are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Mentor and develop a team of accountants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Lead, manage & grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the firm’s client base.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an accounting firm.
  • Strong technical expertise in accounting & tax
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience in business development and practice management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
