An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor/Legal Executive (2-5+ years PQE) to join a highly regarded regional law firm with a busy and supportive team.

Responsibilities
You will manage a varied caseload of EL, PL and RTA personal injury claims, predominantly involving fast-track and intermediate-track matters, while also having the opportunity to assist with more complex multi-track claims.
- Managing a varied personal injury caseload from instruction through to conclusion
- Progressing matters efficiently and ensuring clients are kept fully informed
- Providing a consistently high standard of client care
- Handling EL, PL and RTA claims across fast-track and intermediate-track work
- Assisting with multi-track claims where required
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive case records
- Working effectively with colleagues, clients and external organisations
- Working towards agreed performance and financial targets
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures
- Contributing positively to the wider team and department
- Supporting junior colleagues and sharing knowledge where appropriate
- Participating in training, networking, marketing and business development activities
About You
The successful candidate will join an approachable and collaborative team that places a strong emphasis on client care, achieving excellent outcomes and developing long-term professional relationships.
- 2–5 years’ PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive, or equivalent experience within a personal injury legal environment
- Experience handling personal injury claims, ideally across EL, PL and/or RTA
- Strong organisational and case management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A professional, approachable and client-focused manner
- Good IT skills and confidence using case management systems
- Ability to manage a demanding caseload and work to deadlines
- Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the wider team.
- Genuine interest in developing your legal career and building on existing experience
