Personal Injury Solicitor (3+ Years Experience)
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 OTE (£40,000 - £50,000 base DOE)

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing cases from instruction through to settlement or trial
- Conducting investigations and obtaining medical and expert evidence
- Drafting Letters of Claim, pleadings and litigation documents
- Negotiating settlements
- Vetting new instructions and assessing case prospects
- Delivering a high standard of client care
- Building strong relationships with external stakeholders
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience handling Personal Injury matters (including litigated files)
- Strong case progression and file management skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed billing targets
- Experience using Proclaim case management system
- Confident, proactive and commercially aware
- Strong communication and client care skills
Advocacy experience is desirable but not essential.
