Post Completions Assistant – Stoke-on-Trent
Puro Associates are working with a long-standing and reputable law firm based in Stoke-on-Trent, who are looking to appoint a Post Completions Assistant to support their busy residential conveyancing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a strong administrative background with some experience in conveyancing or post-completions work—who is looking to grow within a supportive legal environment.
The Role:
As a Post Completions Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of the conveyancing process, ensuring all post-completion matters are dealt with promptly and accurately. Key responsibilities include:
- Submitting SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) returns
- Handling Land Registry applications and registrations
- Dealing with requisitions and any post-completion correspondence
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and deadlines
- Updating case management systems and liaising with fee earners
- Deliver an exceptional client service
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar post completions or legal administrative role is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and manage a high-volume workload
- Confident communicator with a professional, team-focused attitude
- Familiarity with conveyancing systems and procedures is a bonus
