My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join their well-established law firm based in Leigh, Greater Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with a passion for providing expert legal services in wills, trusts, and probate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on wills, trusts, estate planning, and inheritance tax mitigation.
- Handling probate matters, including applications for grants of probate and administration of estates.
- Advising on the creation, administration, and termination of trusts.
- Drafting complex wills, powers of attorney, and other private client legal documents.
- Supporting high-net-worth individuals and families with bespoke estate planning.
- Managing your own caseload of private client matters, ensuring excellent client service at all times.
- Keeping up-to-date with developments in relevant areas of law and maintaining your expertise.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years of PQE (Post Qualified Experience) in Private Client Law.
- Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, and probate law.
- Proven track record of handling a variety of private client matters independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to the firm's growth.
